F.L.O.W
F.L.O.W. (Fellowship, Love, Outreach, Worship) is a weekly meeting for grads and young adults. The meeting occurs every Monday and as per the initials of the meeting’s name, its purpose is to have a fellowship with God and with one another, focus on God’s love to us and reflect it to others, reach out to everyone and share worship songs, praises and prayers together.
The service enriches our grads and young adults spiritually and strengthens their faith to live a better Christian life growing in fellowship with God and one another and witnessing for Him in our life.
What makes the meeting special is that each Monday of the month has its own theme. The 1st Monday is for Sharing/Learning/Discussion, 2nd Monday is for Spiritual/Social/Dogma Talk to be presented by a speaker, 3rd Monday is for Sports/Games/Activity day and 4th Monday is for Prayer Meeting/Bible Study. In the case of a 5th Monday, then it’s for Fellowship/Social Night. Check out the Church Calendar for the day and time of the meeting.

This meeting seeks to help university/college youth and grads acquire the mind of Christ through the study of the writings of the early Church Fathers and the richness of our Orthodox liturgical texts, providing them with a solid framework for living Orthodoxy in today’s world.

Sword of the Spirit (English Bible Study)
Sword of the Spirit is a weekly Bible Study for English speakers.
This study is designed to enrich your spiritual life by immersing you in the vitality and depth of God’s Word. It emphasizes the practical application of Scripture in everyday situations, helping you live out biblical truths in your daily walk. To foster a deeper comprehension, the study provides historical and geographical context for each passage. Additionally, it incorporates insights from the Church Fathers’ commentaries, offering a window into how the early Church interpreted and understood the Scriptures.
