1) Go to the upper right corner of your chrome browser and click on the 3 vertical dots shape as shown in number 1 above

2) A drop down menu shows up, select Settings as shown in number 2 above

3) When Chrome settings shows up, scroll down to Privacy and Security section and select clear browsing data as shown below in number 3

4) Make sure the time range is set to All time as shown below beside number 4

5) Click on the Clear data button to erase all Chrome browser cache
